[REŠENO] Instalacija Slackware na externi hdd pomoc

Hajde da probamo nešto drugačije. Skini EASUS-ov besplatni partition manager za Windows, pokreni ga (iz Windowsa) i napravi screenshot, zatim ga postavi ovde. Hteo bih da pogledam raspored particija.
Ako hoćeš da odradiš slično iz Linuksa, digni Slack instalacioni cd. Kad te izbaci u shell otkucaj:
Ovo drugo možeš uslikati fotoaparatom ili sačuvati na USB stick pa prebaciti u odgovor.
Takođe, ako imaš pristup lilo.conf, ne bi bilo loše da ga vidimo. Možeš mu pristupiti i iz Windowsa pomoću ext2fsd.
Inače ne bih preporučivao dijagnostiku iz Windowsa, ali pošto ti je on funkcionalan možemo da ga malo "zloupotrebimo".

LILO je instaliran na eksterni disk (/dev/sdb), ali ipak moraš imati neki način da ga pokreneš. Sistem se pokreće sa prvog diska. Ukoliko izabereš eksterni vrlo je verovatno je konflikt u nazivu uređaja - /dev/sdb postaje /dev/sda, itd. Ovde je potencijalne rešenje korišćenje UUID ili oznake (label) particije i u lilo.conf i u /etc/fstab. Doduše, ovo govorim sa rezervom pošto sam pre nekih godinu dana imao problema s time. Teorijski bi trebalo da radi, ali u praksi jok... Postoji mogućnost da bi se GRUB ili Extlinux bolje ponašali na eksternom disku. Doduše to ne rešava problem sa fstab-om. Oznake uređaja su dinamičke tako da nisu dovoljno pouzdane za korišćenje u fstab na pokretnim medijima.
